Is this time of the year as exhausting for you as it is for me? I think I was in and out of my car 100 times today, or at least it felt that way. I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if I had a chauffeur or a personal shopper…But I don’t. And it’s not just the hustle and bustle…Even the fun stuff, like visiting family and going to holiday parties can take a toll on a mom’s energy.
So what’s a mom to do? How can we boost our energy during this busy holiday season? Here are a couple of tips that might help you keep your energy up…
1. Start the day right by getting enough sleep.
2. Don’t let your busy schedule cause you to skip meals.
